Q. How long does it take to complete training?
A. OnlineCDLtraining allows you to prepare for the written CDL exam at your own speed, in your own home. It's up to you! Many students will complete the entire training process within 24 hours of enrollment.

Q. How long before I get on the road?
A. Once you have completed your training and taken your state’s written Commercial Driver’s License exam, you will need to complete the hands-on portion of training and then take your skills test. OnlineCDLtraining graduates who have completed the written CDL exam often receive tuition discounts and preferred registration at truck driving school.

Q. Do I have to complete the whole course?
A. OnlineCDLtraining.com recommends that each student complete the sections relevant to the type of CDL license for which they are applying. A chart of which sections apply to which positions is available by clicking here.

Q. If I buy your product, do I still have to attend classroom hours at a truck school?
A. OnlineCDLtraining replaces the classroom time required to complete your CDL training.

Q. Do I have to use a truck school to further my training?
A. OnlineCDLtraining can be used as either as continuing education for existing truck drivers or as a part of a complete CDL training program. To obrain your CDL license, additional hours are required at a truck drivng school or certified training center.

Q. What truck schools grant credit and tuition reimbursements for OnlineCDLtraining?
A. Our network of certified training centers is growing rapidly. If you encounter a school that does not currently award credit for OnlineCDLtraining, contact us at support@verticalag.com.

Q. What are the recommended system requirements for use of OnlineCDLtraining?
Recommended System Requirements 1. PC Computer with Windows XP SP2 2. 512 MB Ram 3. Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater; Google Chrome 4. Media Player 9.0 5. DSL or greater internet connection NOTE: There is a Windows Media Player plugin for users of Mozilla Firefox that will enable videos to play properly

Q. Can I use OnlineCDLtraining without the Internet?
A. You must have an internet connection to use OnlineCDLtraining.

Q. Who do I call if I am having problems installing the programs?
A. Call 877-792-3866 x102 and ask for technical support.

Q. How do I enroll in OnlineCDLtraining?
A. Click here to begin checkout with Google. Google Checkout accepts all major credit cards. Once you complete the checking process, an email will automatically be sent to you with your username and password required to log in and begin training. Access will remain available for 45 days from the date of checkout.

Q. Does OnlineCDLtraiing work with my state’s CDL exam?
A. Yes. OnlineCDLtraining includes the state handbooks for all 50 states. You will have access to these upon enrollment. The training will help you pass the exam regardless of which version you are using.

Q. What do I do once I complete a training module (video, document, or presentation)?
A. At the end of each module, you will be presented with an option to take the test associated with the materials you immediately viewed. Complete the test. Once the test is complete you will have the opportunity to return to the training center and view additional modules.
